With over 30 years’ experience delivering workplace projects, from large-scale refurbishments to smaller office transformations.
My background spans workplace strategy, design and delivery, giving me a practical understanding of how spaces need to perform — not just how they look.
I’ve worked with organisations across a range of sectors to create workplaces that support their people and improve how they work.
Earlier in my career I worked in pre-construction, developing project costs, carrying out site surveys and working closely with design and delivery teams.
This experience gives me a strong technical understanding of fit-out and building services, and a keen eye for identifying opportunities in both new and existing spaces.
My career has taken me from Trainee Estimator through to Operations Director of a business I co-founded, and more recently into Project Director and Workplace Consultancy roles.

Outside of work, I spend a lot of time on the allotment with my parents, which is a great way to switch off and get away from screens. I also enjoy walking my greyhounds in the West Sussex countryside — when I can persuade them off the sofa.
Having that balance outside of work is important to me, and it’s something I bring into my approach professionally too — creating workplaces that support people’s wellbeing as well as performance.
